1. Meet our Representatives
To get into contact with our representatives is the first step. Once in contact, let the team know the scope of your operations, requirements, and needs. A representative will present the solutions that we are capable of offering, and organize them as per the needs of the client. We will certify that each and every need is met with satisfaction. 2. Indicate Requirements
Once the contract has been accepted and signed, the delivery terms of each unit and location will be set according to the client. DinoBus will ensure that everything is met according to the requirements, and secure a fast, convenient shipping arrangement. Specifications are handled by our team along the way. 3. Complete Preparations
Additionally, our team will prepare the location to receive the units. In cases when it is necessary, a representative will visit to check for availability of adequate service stations and charging infrastructure onsite. This will streamline the delivery and prompt operation of the buses.
4. Inspection & Delivery
Upon the successful delivery of the buses, our after sales team will arrive onsite to inspect the bus units for perfect order and working conditions. We will also conduct PDI.
5. Provide Training
The DinoBus team will conduct onsite training for the operators and drivers, covering all of the essential instructions and safety protocols. Service station operators will be certified to successfully and efficiently work with the DinoBus units.
